1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by LNL AI Automations ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LNL AI Automations provides AI-powered marketing automation services including, but not limited to, local SEO, AI SEO, PPC advertising, web design, and AI automation systems. The scope of services is defined in individual client agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Grant necessary access to platforms and accounts required to deliver services
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments on time as outlined in your service agreement
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are 14 or more days past due.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your services at any time with 30 days written notice to info@lnlaiagency.com. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees apply. Any work completed prior to cancellation remains billable.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your business (website designs, ad copy, content). We retain the right to use your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, systems, and methodologies.

7. Results Disclaimer

Marketing results vary based on industry, market conditions, competition, and your business. While we have a strong track record, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as ranking positions, lead volume, or revenue. All case studies and statistics on our website represent past client results and are not a guarantee of future performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LNL AI Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months prior to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing, and technical systems.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
